Responsibilities
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day care and support for children in a residential setting. Building positive relationships with children and their families. Assisting with daily activities, meals, and personal care routines. Maintaining accurate records and reports on the children's progress and well-being. Transporting children to appointments, activities, and outings.
