We are a full-service creative digital agency that collaborates with global media and entertainment, sports, and lifestyle brands. Our expertise lies in creating, managing, localizing, distributing, and evaluating content to maximize its impact.


LOCALISATION SERVICES


Based in central London, DMS offers a comprehensive range of adaptation and localisation services to major film studios worldwide. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, color grading, and visual effects for promotional materials. We support worldwide feature film releases for use in both cinemas and online platforms.


THE ROLE


  • Warmly welcoming important clients in person and over the phone
  • Managing the switchboard, transferring calls, and taking clear messages, including call screening and voicemail management
  • Ensuring proper sign-in and sign-out procedures for guests using SwipedOn cross-platform
  • Booking couriers and taxis as needed
  • Preparing meeting rooms, including board meetings and training sessions
  • Assisting with front-of-house events like Friday drinks and Munch of the Month
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing Sainsburys orders and distribution
  • Binding and preparing materials for board meetings
  • Assisting with building maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs, scheduling contractor visits etc
  • Opening up the building each morning and preparing kitchens/bathrooms for the day ahead
  • Keeping the Intranet updated
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding paperwork, including scheduling TPN training
  • Maintaining records of DMS Academy Scheme graduates
  • Responsible for the office facilities remain clean and tidy
  • Supporting the Office Manager and other staff members with ad hoc requests

This full-time role requires availability from 09:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, in our office.


Requirements


  • Good customer service skills and with a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Pro-active, forward-thinking and confident in using own initiative
  • Enjoy helping people
  • Hard worker
  • Basic DIY/handiness skills a bonus
