Part of Acacium Group, Scottish Nursing Guild have over 35 years’ experience in assisting with last-minute requirements bringing exceptional nurses to NHS and private healthcare organisations. Our service is fast, reliable and professional. We care passionately about our nurses and the difference they make to the lives of patients and clients.
As a Placement Coordinator, you will be integral to our operations, acting as the key liaison between our NHS and private healthcare clients and our team of nurses and healthcare support workers. Your main duties will involve coordinating the placement of our staff into client shifts, often on short notice, while also assisting in the expansion of our client and nurse database. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and fostering growth within our organisation.

Responsibilities
As our Placement Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our operations team, ensuring seamless communication between our NHS and private healthcare clients and our nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the placement of nurses and healthcare support workers into client shifts, often on short notice.
- Facilitating smooth operations by maintaining strong relationships with both clients and staff.
- Assisting in the growth and maintenance of our client and nurse database.
- Ensuring that all placements are managed efficiently to meet the needs of our clients and staff.
