Applications are invited for the position of a Senior Patient Pathway Coordinator at the Royal London Hospital within the Ear, Nose and Throat Department.We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy team in the Ear Nose and Throat Service. The post holder will be essential for the effective management of the administration associated with patient pathways and will play a key role working within a multi-disciplinary team. They will need excellent organisational, communication, HR Management skills and have a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service for our patients. The post is subject to a 6-month probationary period from the start of your employment.

The post holder is responsible for providing administrative support to designated clinicians and patient cohorts. This will include the proactive management of individual patient pathways to ensure that patients are diagnosed and treated in line with clinical need and national and local waiting time and access targets
