As an experienced Receptionist you would provide front of house support, managing the switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors to the Liverpool office in a professional friendly manner, and providing excellent standard of customer service. Responsibilities will include…
- Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and third-party professionals
- Maintaining meeting rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, escalating any maintenance issues
- Assisting in the organisation, coordination and smooth-running of meetings and events
- Fielding all incoming telephone calls, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Assisting in Central Business Support activities such as, managing post, booking travel, photocopying etc
