Position Summary:


The
Customer Care Advisor
manages external and internal customer queries in a timely manner to achieve total customer satisfaction. This will involve liaising with other departments to obtain information and provide the required support to the customer. The position is to primarily support specific territory assigned accounts but also provide cover for other team members territories whilst they are on holiday/out of office.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outbound calling to customers to follow up on critical business and customer satisfaction requirements including end of rental period and "after shipment" on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with Couriers/ check courier reports to ensure deliveries and collections are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Deal with all customer service queries and requests and provide information required to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction. To include delivery and collection queries. technical queries, extensions to rental period.
  • Liaise and support billing team, technical support team and logistics team. Log information clearly into cases and resolve issues in a timely manner in line with agreed KPIs (Key performance indicators).
  • Manage your cases efficiently to ensure they are UpToDate and reviewed regularly with an adequate follow update in the future, do not allow dates to stay in the past.
  • Pick up the phone to resolve issues and build good relationships with customers.
  • Manage cases in a timely manner do not allow issues to age, if no resolution after two emails call the customer. If issue cannot be resolved follow escalation process.
  • Work as an integral part of the customer care team to provide a total quality service to our customers. Follow Company procedures but also using own initiative.

Skills:


  • This position requires a flexible, reliable and proactive person with a mature attitude, confident computer skills and the ability to multi- task and problem solve.
  • Great telephone manner, comfortable making outgoing calls as well as handling incoming calls and with at least one year's customer care/service experience, preferably in a technically based sales or service environment.
  • An excellent standard of the required languages including German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability and confidence to compile own correspondence.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to decipher complex information and make informed decisions to the benefit of both the customer and the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Be able to manage CRM
  • Microsoft Office

Experience & Education


  • Able to work independently with minimal support.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and preferably Microsoft D365.

Physical Requirements

  • All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods. Full time is typically considered to be 40 hours per week
  • Communicate effectively, both oral and written.
  • Move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
  • Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (i.e. books, reports, binders etc.)
  • Regularly sit at the assigned workstation
  • Use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer,
  • Use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork to view contents
  • Read documents, reports, files etc.
  • Communicate effectively using the telephone
