We are seeking to recruit two (2) Assistant Psychologists to work with our CMHPT team in Bracknell. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, supporting the development and implementation of an innovative psychological offer for people with significant mental health needs in the community. The post holders will deliver a range of short-term interventions in CMHPT under supervision of a qualified psychologist. This will include helping people to access and work with existing online resource packages promoting mental health. It will also include facilitating group work.

  • The post-holder will be working as part of a team to support and enhance the psychological care of adults with significant mental health issues presenting to community mental health services in Bracknell
  • The post holder will undertake clinical work including individual and group work under supervision from a psychologist.
  • The post holder will support and monitor online CBT based interventions to promote and facilitate client’s understanding and self-management of their psychological difficulties.
  • Involvement in the delivery of training for the teams
  • The post holder will work to promote and support independence and take a strengths and recovery
