£25,000 + up to £5,000 annual bonus
Hours:
Core hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

As a Community Care Executive, you will play a key role in managing rotas for clients and healthcare staff, ensuring smooth operations and optimal service delivery. You will also be responsible for phone line management, conducting appraisals, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating return-to-work meetings.
