This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to join an expanding and growing business who a driven by an excellent leadership team. The client care team are key department within the business, acting as a face of the company and ensuring that we provide the best possible client journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing cases and keeping the team involved
  • Liaising with Providers and chasing documents
  • Managing a disengagement tracker
  • Daily use of the Back Office System Xplan
  • Sending and chasing documentation
  • Contacting client to arrange meetings with the Advisers
  • Ensuring client records are kept up to date
  • Management of incoming emails

Person Specification

  • Candidates applying will come from a Financial Services background
