The client care team are key department within the business, acting as a face of the company and ensuring that we provide the best possible client journey.
Main Responsibilities
Managing cases and keeping the team involved
Liaising with Providers and chasing documents
Managing a disengagement tracker
Daily use of the Back Office System Xplan
Sending and chasing documentation
Contacting client to arrange meetings with the Advisers
Ensuring client records are kept up to date
Management of incoming emails
Person Specification
Candidates applying will come from a Financial Services background
