About The Role
Working in a busy retail site, the key purpose of the Car Park Co-ordinator role is to control busy site car park, ensuring the flow of traffic in, around and out of the car parks without blockages and delays. To provide a level of service that meets customer care requirements, displaying the company core values of Integrity, Vigilance and helpfulness at all times.
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days
32 hours per week with overtime available
£12.10 per hour
Temp role dates: 16/11/2024- 30/12/2024

Job Opportunity
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Support the clients employees, contractors, and visitors/guests to site.
- Ensuring that the client’s vision of the car parks function is embedded and sustainable.
- Conduct routine checks of the car parks.
- You will be required to work in a customer/ member of the public facing environment, and will be expected to deal with situations politely, professionally, tactfully and with discretion.
- Always display an outstanding level of customer service.
- Report and record to the Supervisor any health and Safety hazards
Essential Skills
- Must have a 5-year checkable history
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable means of transport to site
- Professional attitude and adept at working under pressure
- Good verbal communication skills
- Client oriented with a passion for high-level service
- Access to vehicle or good transport links
- Self-aware and motivated, able to participate in teams fully to achieve results.
