Bersted Green Surgery is seeking an exceptional Practice Manager in Bognor Regis, the Sunny Heart of the South Coast.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the overall management and strategic vision of our surgery, ensuring we deliver exceptional, patient-centered care within a friendly, efficient, and progressive environment.

  • Lead a dedicated team of professionals, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, with a focus on maintaining a friendly and happy place to work at.
  • Drive operational excellence, streamlining processes, and implementing best practice for optimal staff effectiveness.
  • Have overall responsibility for the HR of the Practice supported by the Management Team.
  • Oversee staff recruitment and retention, development, and performance management, fostering an environment of growth and support.
  • Direct line management of the Management Team.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, NHS contractual obligations and data security.
  • Responsible for managing feedback and complaints, supported by the Management Team and Partners.
  • Develop and oversee robust business strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Build strong partnerships with NHS stakeholders and the local community.
  • Proactively building relationships with PCN colleagues and working collaboratively in appropriate focus groups.
