Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel London St James. The successful candidate will primarily oversee breakfast operations and assist with outlet management on occasions. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Train Food & Beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Assist with outlet management duties as needed, maintaining service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other F&B Leaders with improving service quality and efficiency.
  • Cover Breakfast & Outlet Manager in her days off.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.



Qualifications


  • Previous experience within the F&B industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to cover the Breakfast & Outlet Manager days off, 2-3 days per week with shifts starting at 6AM .
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including breakfast service.
  • Ability to work effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
