The post holder will be interactive with the Service Users, General Public, Clinical and Clerical Staff and will ensure all reception processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to ensure an efficient Reception and quality service to all users.

Provide reception and admin support to the clinical team.

Dealing efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone callers.

Being the first line of telephone contact to all service users, carers/relatives, displaying a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude at all times.

Responsibility for directly receiving service users, checking all patients demographic details are complete and updated on the EPR system.

Manage all telephone calls for the area of responsibilities and direct calls appropriately in a professional manner.

Responsible for transferring of all calls to relevant staff, taking and processing of messages timely and efficiently
