Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential home.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, with a background in turnaround management preferred.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
