The Children, Young People and Family Health Services Directorate, has an exciting opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Team Secretaries for our Complex Needs and Disability Care Group.

The successful applicants should have a proactive and friendly attitude and be able to demonstrate substantial administrative experience and be able to meet the main duties of the role.

You will be required to work to a high standard of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning your workload in a way that allows you to effectively support clinical services.

It’s important that you are an excellent communicator with experience of working to tight and changing deadlines. You will be highly organised and efficient with excellent time and diary management skills, and have the ability to prioritise requests and to deal with conflicting demands. A high level of attention to detail supported by strong computer and typing skills is essential and proven skills and experience of providing secretarial support to multi-disciplinary teams including medics.
