Situated at Tatchbury Mount, on the edge of the New Forest, our four units specialise in mental health services for Southampton and Hampshire. While each unit has its distinctions, the essence of the role remains constant. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you play a crucial role in ensuring positive and supportive experiences for our service users.

It is a 24/7 service, with a mixture of daytimes (starting at 7am) and nights (starting at 7:30/8pm), including weekends and bank holidays.

Ashford Unit
: Recently infused with £10 million for a specially designed unit, Ashford provides multi-disciplinary assessment for individuals with a learning disability and challenging behaviour.

We're looking for kind and compassionate individuals who can contribute professionally to the quality of our services. Join us for a rewarding career with distinctive challenges, where you'll receive supervision from a Registered Nurse and be encouraged to progress within Southern Health. Whether you bring experience with challenging behaviours or simply possess a compassionate nature, we value your commitment to our Trust values, teamwork, and patient-focused mindset.
