The post holder will work as an integral part of the Site and Capacity team, this is a small innovative and supportive team who contribute to the patient journey by facilitating patient flow through the hospital as well as discharges.

The Site and Capacity team based in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individual to join their team
The post holder will work as an integral part of the Site and Capacity team, this is a small innovative and supportive team who contribute to the patient journey by facilitating patient flow through the hospital as well as discharges. The post-holder will support by co-ordinating transport requests, as well other administrative office tasks.
The post holder must have and have excellent IT skills and be able to display excellent communication skills, accept delegated tasks as well as an ability to work at a fast pace to meet the demands of the department. Previous admin experience is desirable but not essential, as well as a knowledge of computer systems such as Trakcare, healthroster, Microsoft teams and NHSmail.
This post is shift work covering evenings, 1600-2000 hours and weekends hours.
