Job Description


As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact for customers handling a range of enquiries ensuring these are resolved quickly and efficiently whilst providing the highest level of care.

The role will be mainly telephone based and will be also corresponding with customers over email and webchat.


The Successful Applicant


Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds and the business will look at transferable skills!

A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Empathetic and a caring nature

A good team player
