An opportunity has arisen at Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust for a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist within the Women's and Children's Care Group with special interests to match with the needs of the department. This post will be appointed on the national contract terms and conditions.
The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the teaching of undergraduate students from the Plymouth University Peninsula School of Medicine and postgraduates in the clinical situation.
We are looking to appoint a Gynaecology Consultant within the Women's and Children's Care Group, working in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Service Lines. The candidate is expected to be a good clinician with evidence of obstetric and gynaecological practical skills across the speciality range.
We will be looking for a candidate with evidence of prior development. This role will include general Obstetrics & Gynaecology and includes 1 in 16, resident night cover.
