A generous relocation package of up to 30% of salary (capped at £18k) to support with relocation expenses for hard to fill positions where relocation would be an expectation to undertake the role fully.
The post holder will be professionally accountable for the maintenance of standards and professional practice as set by the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour and relevant professional guidelines.
You will regularly take charge of the practice setting or defined area of the practice setting / group of patients and take responsibility for ensuring the coordination and direct provision of high standard of holistic, patient centred care by assessing nursing care and health education needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for each patient.
The Post Holder Is Responsible And Accountable
- The assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without supervision.
- Lead and monitor the performance and standards of care within the Nursing Team.
- Take the lead on projects as appropriate
- In conjunction with the Ward Manager and other Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, facilitating the development of the service and personal development of all nursing staff within the clinical area of responsibility
Deputising for the Ward Manager in their absence, attending appropriate meetings, maintaining an organised and structured workforce
