An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a luxury fashion brand as their Receptionist/Administrator for the London Head office. This is more than just a receptionist. You will be liaising with multiple departments, assisting with organising international travel and be the face of the office.

The ideal candidate will be will be well presented, adaptable, confident and have previous experience in a similar role. Those who come from high end/luxury/creative backgrounds will have an advantage, but this is by no means specifically required.


Responsibilities Will Include


  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings
  • Arranging couriers/taxis following Company procedures
  • Keeping the reception area organised and tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Processing various orders (including stationary, food, drink, etc.)
  • Being the first point of contact for external clients (contractors, builders, etc.)
  • Acting as the key point of contact for any employee queries regarding day-to-day issues and communicating to all internal stakeholders any matters relating to the office environment and company buildings
  • Supporting the Office Manager company business activities including booking flights, transfers, and hotel reservations, for employees and guests, integrating sustainability into all aspects of travel arrangements

Due to the nature of the role candidates will be required to work on site full time Monday-Friday.
