- Assists in the provision of high quality patient care.
- Ensure that patients arriving on the ward are assessed and settled within the department.
- Ensure the department is clean and well stocked.
- Ensure that provision of food and drinks is facilitated.
- Participate in activities/projects that contribute to improved patient care or experience.

The 26 bedded ward was opened in December 2consists of 10 side rooms, 2 male and 2 female 4 bedded bays. The ward also has cardiac monitors
