You should have a warm, personable nature, can do attitude and eye for details. You will know and understand what it means to deliver exceptional hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations.
You will also need to demonstrate a vivacious personality with a love of meeting and talking to new people, whilst also having a good level of maturity and a level headed manner. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality, have a positive attitude and great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Include
- To greet guests and visitors to the hotel on arrival and to assist with their luggage into the hotel foyer.
- To park the guests and visitors cars when requested by the guests or Head Concierge using extreme care and efficiency.
- To keep the forecourt clean.
- To be smart, clean and well presented at all times.
- To have an excellent knowledge of the Hotel. To assist guests when asked about facilities.
- To assist the Head Concierge in maximising the revenue of the car park by liaising and managing this area.
