An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Adult community mental health team in Knowsley, Huyton.

This role is predominantly to provide carer support both face to face and over the telephone. There will also be a requirement to cover OPA clinics completing ECG’s, physical observations and one to one support.

To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting clients with substance misuse issues.

The adult mental health team are an accredited service which provides the comprehensive assessment and treatment of people with severe and enduring mental illness.

The team work in accordance with the new community mental health framework which is in place to ensure a seamless service for our service users.
