The Older Adult CMHT in Oxford is a vibrant and enthusiastic team, which is well known for its friendly , welcoming and supportive culture, where clinicians pull together to meet the challenges we face.
This role will require you to work as an autonomous practitioner and be an active participant of the multi-disciplinary team undertaking specialist Occupational Therapy assessments in collaboration with the service user and their families/carers and presenting back to the wider MDT.
You will manage a caseload of clients with complex Occupational Therapy needs, using evidence-based person-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
