The Workforce Deployment Administrator will provide first line contact support for users of e-Rostering & Temporary Staffing information systems. This includes systems such as HealthRoster,ESR and NHS Professionals as required.

Specifically, this will include administration tasks linked to each system, supporting users and improving the quality of data held in Workforce Deployment Systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To understand the basic workings of Workforce Deployment systems, specifically related to eRostering, ESR & Temporary Staffing, to ensure data is correct and fit for purpose.

Provide first-line support for system users, responding to ad-hoc enquiries via e-mail or telephone where possible.

Refer enquires that cannot be resolved to other members of the team as appropriate or action. Provide feedback to system users on progress with call.

Ensure that information entered into Workforce Deployment systems are accurate and to rectify or raise any queries with regards to anomalies of data.

Responsible for liaising with managers to resolve issues relating to employee data collection and input of information. This might be to highlight irregularities to Managers of all levels or taking feedback from managers about data accuracy.

Apply Human Resource policy to working aspects of system; i.e. working time directive rules in all aspects of Workforce Deployment

Create and maintain spreadsheets from data generated on eRostering,ESR & Temporary Staffing.

Maintain intranet site, liaising with managers in supporting the production of new content where appropriate.

To attend meetings, taking detailed notes as required deemed appropriate for the role

To prioritise own workload and have the ability to work without supervision

Responsible for basic weekly generated reports and to cascade to appropriate departments

Assist with all monthly Payroll requirements and any necessary reporting
