To provide comprehensive support to the People department ensuring compliance with ADS policies and procedures and employment legislation.

The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) are a registered charity who have been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years.

The successful candidate will have GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent, and a desire to start a career within People Management. During the apprenticeship you will undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification alongside gaining valuable practice experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join a small team to support the People department to deliver a comprehensive service across the organisation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
