16 hours per week over two days (including weekends, bank holidays, and festive periods)

Temporary (3 months)

7:00am-23pm, 15:00pm-23:00pm, 12:00pm-20:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and manage guest inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Assist with in house laundary tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Over age of 18
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and festive periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
