We can't care for our clients if we don’t care for our team, so we offer all our Care Assistants:
- £12.00 ph weekdays
- £13.00 ph weekends
- £14.00 ph bank holidays
- 35p mileage allowance
- PAID Social Care Wales Registration
- Blue Light Card
- Rewarding Career Progression opportunities
- PAID Shadowing shifts
- Guaranteed Hours contracts available after 6 month probation period
- Monthly Staff Awards
- Staff Social Events
- Supporting our customers with personal care
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with shopping, meal preparation and simple domestic tasks
- Supporting with medication management
- Promoting independence to our customers as an alternative to residential care homes.
Shift Pattern:
Wednesday evening, Friday evening, Saturday evening, Sunday evening.

Please note this is a community based role so you will be required to have a Full UK Driving Licence and your own reliable vehicle. You will also need to be available to work weekend shifts.
