£25,000 per annum + up to 5% annual bonus

Our community services team leverage short-term, long-term and lifetime solutions to quickly adapt to the changing needs of healthcare systems. As a CQC-registered healthcare organisation, working in partnership with integrated care systems and other NHS organisations, we deliver exceptional elective care outside of hospital.
Every day you will...
- Take inbound/make outbound calls to workers in order to book them into shifts in the various community settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.
- Be proactive and responsive in terms query resolution and delivering high levels of customer service whilst reporting and escalate all incidents in order to mitigate risk and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate to a high standard both verbally and written with key stake holders such as Clinical Leads, Managers and the wider team establishing and maintaining relationships
- Establish relationships with workers and clients in order to promote our online ordering and booking platform to clients and workers which will help drive additional demand, promote nurse availability and enhance client relationships and our growth.

To thrive in this role, you must...

- previous experience in administration, customer service or a healthcare setting
