HMP Five Wells is a male resettlement prison with a capacity of 1750 inmates.Hours
Monday - FridaySalary
This position is full time youll receive an annual salary up to £53, per annum FTE - depending on experience.

As a Substance Misuse Non - Medical Prescriber, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Undertakes Clinical Nursing Practice at an advanced level using expert knowledge and clinical skills to deliver care to patients
- Provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence.
- To provide treatment as required, including prescribing medication, within their sphere of competence.
- To carry out comprehensive assessments of patients looked after.
- To provide advice/support in relation to crisis situations, conditions, and treatment plans, based on medical and treatment history.
- To carry out a clinical review with the patient and update care plans accordingly
