With a single client in the financial services sector, your role is to deliver a best in class service to make every interaction extraordinary for them. As a member of our team, you will be supporting the Member Experience Manager & Building Manager by embodying the company vision and values but going above and beyond at every opportunity


Requirements


  • Handle calls, e-mails and meet and greet all visitors and clients
  • Notify the appropriate person when any visitor arrives
  • Ensuring visual standards are kept at a high level in reception
  • Be proficient on client booking software
  • Provide assistance for any reception services required
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of work tasks
  • Assist with meeting room set up, greeting visitors to meetings and hosting them while on site
  • Raise tickets via the IT Helpdesk support platform to communicate any IT issues
  • Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with colleagues and members
  • Maintain security with effective access pass management
  • Create a welcoming environment
  • Collaborate effectively with our clients' reception team to ensure the fulfilment of their requirements and expectations
  • Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure efficient meeting room changeovers

  • Experience within a corporate concierge/reception role
  • Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good at timekeeping
  • Does not become flustered under pressure
  • Professional integrity and trustworthy
  • Eligible for DBS check
