We are looking for a highly motivated person who would like to join our exciting team as a Patient Pathway Coordinators for the General Surgery POD here at Newham University Hospital. This is a substantive role which is full time (37.5 hours). Agile working arrangements can be provided to fit around other members of the team. You will be working within a department, but allocated to a specific specialty. The successful candidate will be scheduling Outpatient appointments for that service, as well as monitoring that patient's journey within that pathway.
