The 152nd Open at Royal Troon



Potential earning for staff who work the whole event days - £1146.60 before tax and NI reductions


In 14 - 21 July 2024, the world's greatest golfers will compete for the famous Claret Jug at Royal Troon for the first time since 2when Henrik Stenson was crowned Champion Golfer of the Year. We are looking to recruit Customer Care Representatives to be part of this iconic event. Staff who are able to work all event days will be given priority. Travel from Glasgow and food will be provided at no cost to you!

With a very busy year ahead, we have work across the sports and music industries along with festivals and conferences, and exhibitions - so you will also have the opportunity to be a part of the events you love in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Our Customer Care Representatives provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff, therefore you will be responsible for ensuring the venues operate safely and securely.


This may include:

  • Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
  • Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors attending the event
  • Monitoring visitor/crowd movements and behavior to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
  • Providing a high standard of customer care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in events is not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification not essential, but must be willing to complete the fully funded training once on board
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focused
