NHS Grampian’s Complaints and Feedback Team is looking for a well-motivated, organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as Complaints & Feedback Administrator. We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced and busy environment.

The post holder will often be the first point of contact for complainants who may be distressed or upset; so empathy, discretion and tact are key attributes. The successful candidate will have a methodical approach to work and be able to work independently as well as in a team whilst remaining calm under pressure.

Duties will include logging, acknowledging and closing complaints contacts, answering telephone calls and emails, maintaining databases and spreadsheets and liaising with staff across the organisation.

This post is for 15 hours per week, to be worked as 5 hour shifts over three days.


Interviews will be held on Thursday 18 July at Summerfield House.
