The Support Officer (Patient Safety & Risk) will provide a comprehensive administrative support for the Patient Safety & Risk Team within the Quality Department, in accordance with departmental, Trust and national standards, policies and procedures.

- Providing assistance with the administration and delivery of a range of comprehensive patient safety and risk activities including, incident reporting, patient safety investigations, patient safety alerts, and risk management.
- To support the patient safety and risk team in developing administrative operational systems, processes and policy to support programme delivery.
- Provide advice and guidance to health and other professionals for enquiries directed to the patient safety & risk team.
- Liaising with trust staff to ensure engagement with and delivery of patient safety & risk activities.
