Band 3: £22,816 to £24,336 a year  PERMANENT

To provide an effective and efficient business support service to the organisation. The post holder will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the service working with colleagues across the NENC ICB, ensuring deadlines are achieved within a constantly changing workload.

This is an exciting opportunity within the ICB for a Permanent, Band 3 Business Support Assistant within the Local Delivery Directorate in Tees Valley The post is full time, however we are willing to consider part time or other flexible arrangements.

The post holder will use a range of communication skills, including written and oral skills often requiring tact, persuasion and reassurance. They may receive sensitive information which must be always treated asconfidential.As a key support member of the team the post holder may be in contact with a range of colleagues, healthcare provider organisations, key stakeholder staff and members of the public including patients/clients and carers.They will manage a range of duties such as answer telephone calls, taking accurate messages and sharing to the relevant departments/person. Using initiative and judgement to resolve issues such asappointment, service telephone queries and diary commitments. They will be able to work on their own initiative and unsupervised, within defined policies and procedures to set timescales.
