What you'll be working:
Our standard working hours for this role are 15 hours per week, to be worked over 2 or 3 days that include Monday and Tuesday. However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
What you'll be doing:
Complete assessment and clinical formulation of patients’ presentation and treatment needs
Provide evidence based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of the patients’ presentation, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary working to achieve the best outcomes
Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group treatment programmes
Direct and support others to carry out evidence-based psychological interventions
Take personal responsibility for ensuring that appropriate security procedures are always adhered to and that risks are continuously assessed and managed
Maintain CPD of an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist and to ensure competence in relation to the administration and scoring to psychological assessments and risk assessments
Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers
Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights
