We are thrilled to partner with a leading health care establishment dedicated to elevating the health and welfare of the communities it serves. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Temporary Patient Pathway Support to join their team in Croydon.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls regarding paediatric blood test appointments.
- Utilise Cerner software to book patients in for appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate appointment schedules to ensure optimal utilisation of resources.
- Liaise with health care professionals to facilitate seamless booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and relevant information.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their care givers.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to the booking process as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience using Cerner software is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Relevant experience in a health care or administrative role is advantageous.
