Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
Responding to patient inquiries over phone
Warm reception of patients during in-person visits
Assisting patients during in-person visits
Addressing their questions and concerns
Join a team that has successfully managed public health initiatives, fostered collaborations with neighbouring practices and actively participated in the Covid Vaccination programme, making a tangible difference in the lives of our patients. With a focus on work-life balance, we operate from 8 am to 6 pm (8 am 8 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays), with a Saturday morning clinic on a rotational basis for all Patient Services Advisors.
