The Customer Care Executive role is a crucial role within Marvel FMCG, it requires you to be highly organised, have attention to detail and be personable. You will report into Grace who heads up our customer team, this team is the engine room of Marvel. You will be supporting our consultants and enabling us to give the best possible service.

Who are you?
We are looking for a hard-working and highly motivated individual who is passionate about our mission to ‘always give back’ and be a force for good. Who enjoys working at a fast pace, able to prioritise effectively and working in a busy and dynamic role that entails you constantly keep your finger on the pulse.
You will be the key contact for clients and candidates ensuring that we are providing a truly exceptional customer experience through fantastic communication and quality of service. Building relationships with lots of different people, happy talking on the phone as much as you are writing professional emails.
Practicalities of the job
This is a permanent role with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) We are also trialling a 4 day week on 100% pay, this will run until August and will be assessed once completed to decide on if we make this permanent.
This is a role that will be a mixture of home-based and in our office in Waterwells, Gloucester.
