I am actively seeking experienced Healthcare Support Workers for a brand new opportunity where you would have the chance to not only enhance your skill set and experience within nursing, residential, dementia and elderly care, but also learn the skills required to branch out into other sectors, such as the NHS.
The 44 bedroom service, in Bridgend, delivers truly personalised residential, nursing, and dementia care to the ladies and gentlemen who reside there, enabling them to live their lives to the full, with quality care and support on hand.
I will assist via a 45-minute registration call (once I have received the correct documentation), to help you to a rapid sign-off, so you have the potential to be working within a week of applying.

The role: What will you do as a
Healthcare Support Worker
You will need at least 6 months UK experience within an acute medical setting or elderly care facility.
Within this role you will be supporting the trained nurses in delivering direct care for patients and have excellent support from a team of Sisters including a dedicated unit manager.
You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.

- Practical Manual Handling & TMVA training (advantageous)
