We are looking for a
Triage Clinician
with a keen interest in urgent care development, to join our team in
Leeds
. This is a new role due to the growth of the service and an enhanced model of care.
The post holder will work as part of the MDT at the centre, supporting the team, ensuring effective communication and safe management of the patients at all times throughout the shift.
The role will require the individual to participate in training given in house and attend any necessary courses that are required.
Hours:
The full-time equivalent for us is 40 hours per week. We are open to either full-time or part-time jobs.
Job holder must have the following knowledge, training and experience
:
- Registration with the NMC
- Post registration experience
- Evidence of recent training and development or courses
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Good time management skills
- Previous experience working as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good knowledge of urgent care clinical conditions
- A good understanding or previous experience in triage

- NHS Pension with 20.6% Employer Contribution
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata, if part-time); the annual leave entitlement rises with length of service
