More About The Role Of Assistant Manager
The role of the Assistant Manager is to effectively manage the day to day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional levels of guest care are consistently delivered and all administrative duties are carried out in line with brand standards.
You will be part of the Senior Management team and report to the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the restaurant. The contracted hours are 45 per week on an annual average (meaning some weeks you may be required to work more, but others you will work less), inclusive of dedicated admin time to complete all necessary tasks.
You will play an active role in management and departmental meetings, taking ownership for departmental performance, alongside the department manager, by implementing action and delivering positive outcomes. You will be developing future managers by coaching and mentoring those that report to you to prepare them for their own career progression.
