Service Delivery

- Maintaining knowledge of the health needs of children, young people and their families and apply this to practice.
- Continuously developing expertise in children and adults, ensuring the use of these skills in practice, adhering to Your Healthcare policies, alerting senior staff and the named nurse for child or adult protection and other team members when exceptional risks are identified.

We are looking for an innovative and highly motivated School Nurse, Health Visitor, or Learning Disability Nurse to join our SEND support team across Kingston and Richmond for the 0-19 years age range. This is a new service where the candidate will have influence over the shaping of the service and support offered.
This is a unique and exciting position working alongside the specialist practitioners supporting families in the period leading up to assessment and post diagnosis of any complex health need, including those diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Condition. You will be offering practical and emotional support with areas of concern which are having a significant impact on the family.
This is a varied role including, but not limited to:
