We are now recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse to join the team at a first opinion small animal practice in the St Andrews area on the east coast of Scotland

Role:

• full time opportunity working 40 hours with 1:5 weekends and no OOH requirement
• practice is purpose-built and well-equipped with high standard facilities including 2 surgical theatres, dental suite, digital and dental x-ray, endoscopy, Imotek ultrasound machine and in-house lab
• The role will involve covering all aspects of first opinion caseloads including; nurse consults and clinics, assisting the vet on a daily basis with operations, performing diagnostic imaging and ward and theatre nursing duties.
• ideally you will already have good experience in small animal clinic and enjoy working as part of a team
• further certification and career progression supported.
• CPD allowance and VDS cover and RCVS fees paid
• well located in seaside area northeast of Edinburgh, on Scotland’s east coast, less than half an hour from Dundee and less than two hours from Edinburgh & Glasgow.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Qualified Vet Nurse
• Registered with RCVS
• experience in a small animal clinic
• enjoy working as part of a team
  
  
  

Salary package:

• Salary offered to £30,000.00 per annum FTE to reflect experience
