Job summary

We are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work inan exciting role as part of the evolving primary healthcare team at TwyfordSurgery. The successful applicant willbe responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral ofpatients within their level of competence.They will work alongside our GPs and clinicians in seeing patients inthe surgery, in their own homes and in residential homes. As with all roles at our surgery, there isscope for development and evolution. Weprovide care for 13000 patients in a semi-rural location, with 9 GPs, 2 ParamedicPractitioners and a Clinical Pharmacist as well as our practice nursing,reception and administrative teams. Weplace an emphasis on team work, communication, continual development andlearning from each others experiences through quality improvement.
