This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves supporting the care team to deliver high-quality personal care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years' experience in a similar care setting, and strong communication skills.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, being involved in care planning, supporting residents with medication, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact.
