At NWAS we have an exciting opportunity for an engaging administrative officer to support our workforce engagement and wellbeing agendas. This role is integral to the delivery of a positive employee experience for our staff.
The Staff Experience Officer will support delivery of our annual and quarterly staff surveys, as well as work on staff health, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives and campaigns. You will coordinate a wide range administrative tasks and activities to support the Staff Experience Team and provide project support on various programmes of work. You will be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a staff at all levels in the Trust, as well as effectively work with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
This role demands someone who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment given the operational pressures in the ambulance service. You will be an effective communicator and be capable of managing your own workload.
