We are looking to welcome Customer Relations Assistants to join our fantastic Customer Services team where its a "Wonderful Workday". We are looking for self-thriving, problem solvers who aren’t shy to learn and work with multiple systems and tools. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where each day is different, the primary function of the role will be helping solve customer issues, calling customers, booking deliveries, resolving queries and serving on our tills.
Expected Starting Date: 20th August 2024
Interviews will be between: 1st - 8th August
WHAT WE OFFER
• £12 per hour
• Living Wage Foundation Employer
• 12 hours weekly, working 3 days out of 7
• 16 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7
• Working 3 out of 4 weekends
• Monday & Friday availability is essential
• Shift length is between 4-6 hours daily.
• Working between 9am and 8:30pm.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Complete refunds and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Click & Collect, handing out customers orders from online or in store orders.
• Dealing with administration in regards to deliveries and returned stock items.
• Working on our tills, providing smooth, efficient service.
• Provide quality customer support to secure a great customer experience while building trust in the IKEA brand.
• Be competent with IT, Microsoft office, using the internet and relevant programmes to support the customer experience.
• Stay updated on IKEA products, services, commercial priorities, activities to steer sales.
• Be committed to IKEA social and environmental commitments to sustainability.
• Capture relevant customer insights to improve the IKEA customer experience.
